Casa Joanna is a brand-new, modern home set among tall trees in Pacifico, one of Playas del Coco's gated communities. The living room, dining table and kitchen share one open space, and walls of glass slide back onto the pool terrace.
Outside there's an infinity-edge pool, four loungers, a shaded table and an outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink. Inside, the kitchen has a long marble island, double wall ovens and seats for four at the counter, and there's a PlayStation 5 for evenings in.
Upstairs, the second floor looks out over the canopy to the ocean, and the sun sets right in front of you.
The main-floor king suite sits on its own by the pool. Upstairs are the second king suite and the bunk room, and every bedroom has its own bathroom, so a couple of families or a group of friends can share the house comfortably.
